Custom knit fabric development & supply

Knitted Fabrics Manufacturer

Through our own fabric mill, we support standalone fabric orders and custom development for B2B apparel programs, including performance, thermal, stretch, and functional knits. Development can be checked through in-house testing against the agreed fabric specification, with commercial terms confirmed for the selected fabric and project requirements.

Fabric construction

Knit structures for performance apparel

Choose the knit structure around the intended garment, then define the fiber blend, weight, stretch, and finish. We develop single jersey, interlock, rib, and jacquard knitted fabrics for standalone fabric orders and integrated apparel programs.

Single jersey fabrics

Single-knit fabrics for lightweight tops and next-to-skin apparel.

Material direction
Polyester, nylon, Merino wool, or blends; elastane can be specified for stretch.
Apparel applications
T-shirts, performance underwear, and lightweight base-layer tops and bottoms.
Specify for development
Yarn count, GSM, opacity, stretch and recovery, and dimensional stability.

Interlock fabrics

Double-knit fabrics with a similar appearance on both sides, for briefs requiring a more stable structure.

Material direction
Merino wool, polyester, or blends selected for the target hand feel and layering role.
Apparel applications
Base layers, thermal underwear, and training apparel.
Specify for development
GSM, thickness, usable width, shrinkage, and stretch and recovery.

Rib knit fabrics

Ribbed constructions for close-fitting apparel and trim components, developed around the required fit and recovery.

Material direction
Merino wool or performance blends, with elastane where specified.
Apparel applications
Fitted underwear, base layers, cuffs, and neckline trims.
Specify for development
Rib pattern, composition, usable width, and stretch and recovery.

Jacquard knit fabrics

Knitted-in patterns for apparel programs requiring a specific texture or color design.

Material direction
Merino wool or blends, with yarn and color selection matched to the design.
Apparel applications
Patterned base layers, tops, and lightweight layering pieces.
Specify for development
Reference swatch or artwork, pattern scale, yarn colors, GSM, and fabric-back appearance.

These are development directions, not fixed specifications. Final composition, GSM, width, finish, and test criteria are agreed for each fabric program.

Development & quotation

Develop functional knits against an approved specification

Send the target composition, yarn and knit structure, GSM, usable width, stretch and recovery, color reference, finish or performance requirement, testing requirement, order quantity, intended application, and delivery destination. Development is managed through our own fabric mill, with knitting, dyeing, finishing, and in-house testing coordinated against the approved specification. Swatches, counter samples, lab dips, sample yardage, and approval samples are available based on project needs. Third-party testing and supporting documentation can be arranged based on the required standard. Pricing is normally quoted per kg, while other units can be used when required. Final timing, packing, and delivery terms are set in the project quotation.

Four-step workflow

From knitted-fabric brief to delivered order

Each standalone fabric program moves through four specification-led stages. Development scope, testing, pricing, production timing, packing, and delivery terms are confirmed for the selected fabric and project requirements.

  1. Fabric Brief & Quotation

Share the target composition, yarn and knit structure, GSM, usable width, stretch and recovery, color, finish, testing, forecast quantity, application, and delivery requirements. We review development scope and quotation variables.

  2. Development, Sampling & Approval

Swatches, counter samples, lab dips, sample yardage, and approval samples are developed as required. The fabric specification, color, finish, test criteria, and approval route are confirmed before bulk terms are finalized.

  3. Bulk Production & Quality Control

Knitting, dyeing, and finishing follow the approved fabric specification. In-house checks review the agreed material criteria, with customer-specified third-party testing arranged when required.

  4. Packing & Delivery

Pricing unit, packing method, standard documentation, delivery scope, and production timing are aligned in the quotation and confirmed for the order before dispatch.
